Health massage:
Pour a tablespoon of massage oil into your hand and gently massage the whole body. As long as you feel comfortable, there is no limit on the length and frequency of massage.
Abdominal massage:
Pour a tablespoon of massage oil into your hands, apply it to your abdomen, and gently push it away clockwise for about five minutes. Back massage:

Foot massage:
Pour a tablespoon of massage oil into your hands, apply it to your feet, massage and press hard for 5 to 7 minutes, including between your toes. Once or twice a day, or as needed.
Chest massage:
Pour a tablespoon of massage oil on the chest and back, evenly apply it and press it to draw a circle. After that, keep warm. Three times a day until symptoms subside.
