When it comes to massage that really helps relieve headaches, it’s not just about putting pressure on the pain, it’s more than that. If you want to avoid using painkillers as much as possible, you should know the extra sensitive points and focus only on those sensitive points.

The index finger is close to the nostril.
Press this point and pull them apart from each other. This will help open the nostrils.
You can also massage these points clockwise. Do this for 2 to 3 minutes.
Put your fingers on your shoulders near your neck.
Press down with your fingers to apply pressure.
You can massage this point, or hold it for 4 to 5 seconds.
Lying on the hard floor.
Bend your knees and put your feet on the ground.
Put a tennis ball under your neck and hold it with your hand (one should hold the other).
Put pressure on your own body weight and shake your body back and forth.
Do this massage for a few minutes.
Squeeze the soft area under the chin with the joint of the index finger of your right hand.
Start at the chin, follow the chin, all the way to the ears.
Now press and hold for 8 seconds to 1 minute.
Once the right is complete, switch to the left.
Place your thumb on your cheekbones, close to your ears.
Gently press the temple with your fingertips.

Put your index finger under your eyebrows and above your eyes (on your orbital bone).

You can also hold this point with two fingers.
The first step is to clench your fist and put your middle finger on your forehead.
Press to wipe the forehead, from the middle to the end.
Do 30 wipes.
Clench your fist and put it on your forehead.
Now, put your thumb on your temple.
Thumb knee practice these two acupoints 30 times.
Next, slide back to the hairline 30 times.
